Hireframe is seeking a Jira Implementation Support Specialist to configure, rollout, and support Jira across the fast-paced esports organization. This contract role is critical for standardizing Jira and ensuring its adoption and scalability. The specialist will translate business needs into effective Jira setups, provide user support, and drive high adoption.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Jira Administrator, Jira Consultant, or in a similar technical role
• Expert knowledge in configuring complex Jira workflows
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• Fluency in English (written and verbal)
