The role focuses on building, configuring, and managing HubSpot workflows, ensuring seamless platform performance. The ideal candidate will be proficient in HubSpot administration, sales pipeline management, and data visualization.

Requirements

• 2–5 years in Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or HubSpot Admin (SaaS/B2B preferred).
• Proven HubSpot expertise – workflows, automation, lead scoring, reporting.
• Strong grasp of sales pipelines, lifecycle stages, and customer journeys.
• Detail-oriented with a knack for process improvement.
• Comfortable integrating HubSpot with other tools.
• A proactive, resourceful, startup mindset.
