Hireframe is seeking a highly detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and governance of Salesforce GTM data. This role focuses on data integrity, reporting infrastructure, and process improvement, working closely with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams. The specialist will bridge the gap between systems and strategy to drive informed decision-making and performance.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in data integrity, CRM administration, or revenue operations
- Deep, admin-level knowledge of Salesforce
- Strong understanding of GTM data governance frameworks
- Proven experience conducting large-scale data audits and maintaining data hygiene
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency
- Familiarity with tools like Clay, Plauti, Scratchpad, and Similar Web
- Familiarity with pricing approvals and audit requirements
