Job Description
Hireframe is seeking a detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to support internal Sales Operations teams. The role involves maintaining data accuracy, supporting users, and executing configuration requests within Salesforce. It's a crucial role requiring organizational skills and knowledge of Salesforce Flows, Data Loader, and Lightning Pages.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Experience configuring and maintaining Flows, DLRS, Validation Rules, and Lightning Pages
- Familiarity with Data Loader, Reports/Dashboards, and Salesforce Sandboxes
- Understanding of Profiles, Roles, Sharing Rules, and Field-Level Security
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills
