Warehouse Supervisor | Kulai

Oversee daily warehouse operations, supervise warehouse staff, ensure productivity and operational compliance, coordinate with logistics and transportation teams, monitor inventory accuracy, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations
• Hands-on experience in inventory control and warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel)
• Good leadership and team coordination skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal departments and external partners
• Good understanding of warehouse safety standards and regulatory compliance
