Remote Analyst & Asset Manager

We're looking for a Remote Analyst & Asset Manager to play a key role in underwriting new real estate investments, building and maintaining financial models, and managing ongoing reporting for lenders and equity partners.

Requirements

• Support underwriting of new real estate acquisitions, developments, and investments across multiple asset types
• Build, refine, and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate performance and returns
• Prepare materials and updates for lenders, investors, and equity partners
• Track and analyze property-level financials and key performance metrics across the portfolio
• Assist in preparing investment memos, offering memoranda, and internal deal summaries
• Collaborate with operations, development, and accounting teams to ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency
• Monitor market trends, comparable sales, lease comps, and other relevant data to inform underwriting assumptions
• Participate in asset management activities including budgeting, capital planning, and performance reviews
• Help develop systems and processes that bring clarity and structure to a fast-growing organization
