We are seeking a Google Ads Specialist with at least 5 years’ experience running performance-driven campaigns for D2C e-commerce brands in the UK, USA, Canada, or Australia. The ideal candidate will be a data-led strategist and an execution expert—comfortable creating, managing, optimizing, and scaling paid search campaigns across multiple Shopify-based e-commerce brands.

- Strategy & Execution Own the end-to-end Google Ads strategy for multiple Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brands across various verticals and regions.
- Optimization & Reporting Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance daily, focusing on key metrics like Return On Ad Spend (ROAS), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Click-Through Rate (CTR), and customer acquisition cost.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with creative and product teams to ensure ad assets align seamlessly with campaign goals.
- Trend Monitoring & Innovation Stay current with platform updates, new features, and industry trends, advising the team on best practices and new growth opportunities.
- Analytics & Budget Management Utilize Google Analytics (GA4) and Shopify data to evaluate user behavior and integrate insights into campaign decisions.
- Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads account management, specifically for D2C e-commerce brands.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in ROAS, CPA, and overall profitability.
- Experience managing international Google Ads campaigns (UK, USA, Canada, Australia preferred).
- Deep understanding of all Google Ads formats: Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Merchant Center, and Shopify Analytics.
- Strong working knowledge of keyword research tools, competitor analysis, and campaign planning platforms.
- Google Ads Certification strongly preferred.
