Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience as an Investment Banking Analyst or Associate at a recognized investment bank
• Proven experience creating pitchbooks, CIMs, and transaction marketing materials
• Advanced PowerPoint skills with ability to create sophisticated financial presentations
• M&A transaction experience including buy-side and sell-side processes
• Client presentation experience with C-level executives and institutional investors
