Job Description
Manufacturing Engineer Technician (MET) – CNC Programmer/Machinist role responsible for CNC process ownership, programming, setup development, and machining cell performance in a precision machining environment.
Requirements
- 8+ years of production machining experience
- 5+ years of CNC programming experience
- Advanced CAD/CAM programming proficiency
- Expert blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
- Experience performing First Article Inspections (FAI)
- Ability to create setup documentation, SOPs, and process controls
- Proven leadership within a machining cell
- Demonstrated ability to machine complex components independently
