Job Description
HIROTEC America is seeking an experienced Tool & Die Maker to join their team. The role involves executing stamping die modifications, mentoring team members, and maintaining knowledge of the Die process. They emphasize continuous improvement and growth within the company. HIROTEC is a global leader in stamping die technology and manufacturing.
Requirements
- Executing stamping die modifications based on engineering requests
- Mentoring team members assigned by manager
- Knowledge of HIROTEC Die process and philosophy
- Troubleshooting stamping dies
- General understanding of die construction
- Welding, grinding/stoning/polishing, checking fixture
