We are a political-strategic communications consulting firm for companies, associations, and institutions with locations in Berlin and Brussels. We are part of the Hirschen Group, one of the largest family-owned communication and consulting holdings in Germany with around 850 employees.

With a team of over 50 experienced and specialized generalists, we advise companies, associations, and ministries in the areas of Corporate Affairs and Policy Advice. We advise with enthusiasm, empathy, and common sense. We believe that only with courage and passion can effective changes and new ways be implemented. Together with our clients, we develop communication strategies that enable them to anticipate developments early on, position themselves accordingly, and communicate relevant core messages effectively to political decision-makers and the public.

What we are looking for

You are studying politics, social sciences, economics, or communication science and are interested in the field of Corporate Affairs/Political Communication. Ideally, you have already gained practical experience in this field elsewhere.

You also bring a high interest in current political events and societal issues, as well as excellent communication and team skills. You are passionate about target-group-oriented communication on all relevant channels; organizational talent, flexible thinking, and working combined with personal commitment complete your profile.

Internship details

We look forward to your application for a three-month internship. During the internship, you will be a fixed member of our client teams, participate in internal training sessions, and gain comprehensive insights into the various fields of consulting offered by our agency.

A three-month voluntary internship requires the presentation of an enrollment certificate. Mandatory internships can also be completed over a longer period.
