The Business Analysis Director will operate at both strategic and execution levels—partnering with business and technology stakeholders to define solutions that drive meaningful impact across our insurance value chain. In this role, you’ll be hands-on in performing business analysis activities while also mentoring analysts, shaping best practices, and raising the overall standard of analysis across projects.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on business analysis experience, including leading analysis efforts for large or complex initiatives.
- Strong understanding of insurance operations, ideally within the Small Commercial or P&C sector (underwriting, claims, policy admin, etc.).
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality requirements artifacts and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with process modeling, data analysis, and workflow documentation tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Jira, Confluence, SQL).
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, either through direct management or mentorship of BAs.
- CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar certification is a plus.
