Job Description
Join the Hiscox Data Team and build a brilliant future by transforming data maturity across the organisation. Work as a Data Scientist to build Data Science solutions, including generative AI, and provide insights and capabilities to support decision making.
Requirements
- Exposure to a range of data science and generative AI tools with a willingness to learn more.
- Basic understanding of statistics to enable systematic assessment of AI/ML models.
- Familiarity with a wide range of generative AI.
- Coding ability in Python with understanding of code quality and version control.
- Experience working in an Agile manner.
- Prototype, fail rapidly and iterate mindset to enable successful delivery.
- Confidence communicating within the team to champion suitable methods and willingness to engage with non-technical stakeholders.
