Requirements

• Excellent understanding of UK retail business and underwriting larger more complex risks
• In-depth expertise in a specialized field
• Excellent knowledge of the insurance market, industry, competitors, Brokers and factors that can affect the market including soft/hard markets
• Ideally ACII qualified or exempt through relevant experience as defined by the FCA
• Excellent relationship management and sales skills
• Ability to lead by example in all professional activities
