Schemes Portfolio Analyst

We are looking for a Schemes Portfolio Analyst to join our team at Hiscox. The role involves working across the existing portfolio of Schemes and analysing the impact of new Schemes opportunities. You will design and develop data standards, build reporting suites, and provide insights to drive business decisions and growth.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role
• Confident in using data analysis tools (R, SQL) and data visualisation tools (Power BI)
• Proficient in applying analytical techniques
• Ability to make confident decisions in difficult situations
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent numerical, analytical and data manipulation skills
• Results driven and able to make decisions and operate on own initiative
• Ability to execute and influence at all levels
• Open to new ideas, innovation and educated risk taking
