Senior Procurement Manager (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Senior Procurement Manager to develop and implement long-term procurement strategies, lead the Procurement team, and optimize procurement processes.

Requirements

• - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• - Proven experience in procurement and strategic sourcing, preferably within heavy machinery industries.
• - Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• - Ability to manage large-scale supplier contracts and complex procurement projects.
• - Experience using procurement management software and tools.
• - Proficient in German and English, both verbal and written.
• - Drivers license.
