Senior Video/Motion Designer

Hitachi Digital Services is seeking a Senior Video/Motion Designer to conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality videos, animations, and motion graphics for internal and external brand communication. The ideal candidate will have 9-14 years of experience in video design, production, and post-production, and advanced proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro.

Requirements

• Conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality videos, animations, and motion graphics for internal and external brand communication.
• Handle end-to-end video production, including scripting, storyboarding, shooting (if required), editing, and post-production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and translate them into impactful visual narratives.
• Manage and oversee multiple video projects, ensuring timely delivery with consistent quality.
• Provide creative direction and guidance to junior designers and vendors/agencies.
• Maintain brand consistency while innovating with fresh and engaging video concepts.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies to enhance creative output.
