Job Description
Hitachi Digital, a subsidiary of Hitachi Group, is seeking a Deputy Manager for Total Rewards to support the Content business within GlobalLogic in APAC. This role focuses on aligning global and local TR programs, managing compensation and benefits initiatives, and ensuring compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience in a Total Rewards role and a passion for delivering innovative solutions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a Total Rewards role
- Bachelor's / Masters Degree in Human Resources
- Any recognized certification(s) in Total Rewards domain is preferred
