IT Business Analyst

Proven experience in IT Business Analysis, analytical skills, and strong communication and stakeholder management skills required.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role in a complex IT environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and model business processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with development and operations teams to deliver high-quality application support and enhancements
• Familiarity with application lifecycle management, compliance, and security standards
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps and ITSM tools (such as ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
• Fluency in English is required; Swedish is a highly desirable
