We are seeking a Process Developer to lead and develop improvement projects within production in close cooperation with production management, R&D and quality team. The role involves designing and implementing innovative solutions to handle, standardize, and digitalize our production processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, preferably with a focus on chemistry and materials (metals and/or polymers), or work experience that provides equivalent qualifications
- Good knowledge of efficient production or logistics, LEAN
- Good knowledge of digital tools (e.g. Office package, SQL)
- Experience with LEAN and project implementation is desirable
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- A valid B license is required
