Job Description
Hitachi Energy is seeking a Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager to cultivate a strong quality culture within the PGGI Functions team. The successful candidate will drive quality initiatives, participate in forums and meetings, and highlight the importance of quality aspects. This is a full-time remote job with no relocation sponsored.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in driving quality culture and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- Knowledge of quality management systems, methodologies, and tools
- Familiarity with quality and continuous improvement frameworks, such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and PDCA
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
- Fluency in Swedish written and spoken
