The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for expanding Hitachi’s Water & Environment Business in the Philippines, developing sales strategies, securing major infrastructure projects, and building strong client relationships to drive sustainable business growth.
Requirements
- Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Identify, pursue, and secure high-value opportunities in utilities, industrial, and private sectors.
- Build and maintain senior-level client and stakeholder relationships.
- Collaborate with diverse technical teams (Philippines, Japan & Singapore) to deliver tailored proposals and innovative solutions.
- Lead presentations, bid preparation, and contract negotiations.
- Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and regulatory frameworks.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and risk management.
