Requirements

• Must have no manufacturing experience, but will be trained through Hitchiner's on-site 'Center for Excellence' new hire training program
• Must be able to report time correctly on electronic system, read and understand basic work instructions, and use basic verbal and written communications
• Must be capable of reading, understanding, and using measuring and gaging devices, operating various machines, and performing visual inspection and finishing/salvage at a proficient level
