Operational Excellence Leader

Hitchiner Manufacturing Co., Inc. is seeking an Operational Excellence Leader to lead the continuous improvement effort in the Investment Casting business. The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a related field and at least 3 years of experience using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field
• Minimum of 3 years' experience utilizing strong analytical skills
• At least 3 years' experience using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles
• Experience in successful deployment of Lean and Six Sigma
• Good interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• Significant computer related skills (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Minitab, etc.)
