Supplier Quality and Development Engineer

Hitchiner Manufacturing Co., Inc. is seeking a Supplier Quality and Development Engineer to evaluate and approve new suppliers, assure the quality of services and products supplied to Hitchiner, and drive a culture of continuous improvement within the supply base.

Requirements

• B.S. degree in business management, engineering or technology
• 8+ years related experience or equal years’ experience
• Project planning/management skills, APQP, effective problem solving, root cause/corrective action skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, communication, research, writing, and analytical skills
• Vendor relationship skills, problem-solving skills, ability to share knowledge with others
