Job Description
The Field Service Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the round-the-clock operations of the field service team on the West Coast or East Coast (Position Dependent), ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery to clients. This role focuses on customer service, scheduling, team management, and coordination with Service Director to ensure efficient and customer-centric service.
Requirements
- Manage field service technicians and service coordinator.
- Oversee job scheduling and dispatch for service calls.
- Provide guidance to technicians on service issues.
- Track and report on technician performance.
- Maintain customer communication.
- Troubleshoot service issues.
- Maintain quality assurance standards.
- Manage inventory and cost control.
