The candidate will be responsible for managing complex construction projects, ensuring quality assurance, monitoring project budget, and participating in economic optimization. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in civil engineering, architecture, or industrial engineering with a focus on project management and at least 3-4 years of professional experience in managing construction projects.
Requirements
- A completed study in civil engineering, architecture, or industrial engineering with a focus on project management
- At least 3-4 years of professional experience in managing construction projects
- Practical experience in project management methods and in planning and procurement law (HOAI, VOB, VgV)
- Strong communication skills in German, written and spoken
