We are looking for a Project Leadership in Building Project Management to lead our projects in Cologne. Your tasks will include independent control of projects, leadership of project teams, and representation of the project against stakeholders.

Requirements

• Independent control of projects in the function of operational project leadership (according to AHO)
• Leadership of project teams (internal and external)
• Control of planning results and review of tenders
• Consultation of the client on important decisions and identification of project risks
• Conducting project analyses, including decision-making and change management, as well as risk management
• Participation in the acquisition of interesting projects
• Contribution to the formulation and implementation of supplemental claims
• Representation of the project against project participants
• Mentorship of young engineers and engineering students
