Job Description
HNI Corporation is seeking individuals for its Design Development Program in Muscatine, Iowa, which starts in January 2026 (or June 2026). This one-year rotational program aims to develop early career busines professionals, providing a specialized onboarding plan, leadership exposure, and networking opportunities. The program focuses on providing best-in-class deliverables to customers and preparing candidates for future growth within the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in design or a related field
