Job Description
The Food & Beverage Expeditor plays a critical role in ensuring smooth operations between the kitchen and service staff. This position is responsible for coordinating, organizing, and monitoring food orders to guarantee timely and accurate delivery, supporting the overall guest experience.
Requirements
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in food & beverage, hospitality, or related role preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure
- Ability to remain professional and calm in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Comfortable using technology such as mobile devices or kitchen display systems (KDS)
