Slot Floor Supervisor overseeing daily Slot Operations activities during an assigned shift, ensuring compliance with internal controls, gaming regulations, and company policies. Supports exceptional guest service, supervises slot floor operations, and assists with team leadership, scheduling, and operational oversight in a fast-paced casino environment.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a guest service or customer service–driven environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Ability to use mobile devices, tablets, and touchscreen technology
