Job Description
The Assistant Superintendent supports the Construction Superintendent in project operations, coordinating crews, reviewing blueprints, and ensuring work meets specifications. Responsibilities include scheduling, budget management, safety inspections, and communication with subcontractors and stakeholders. The position requires regular travel up to 100%.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- 2-5 years of experience in construction or college construction
- General Computer skills (MS Office)
- Valid Driver's License
