Job Description
Hoar is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support a project superintendent or senior superintendent in operational areas such as scheduling, budget management, subcontractor coordination, and quality control. The role involves ensuring projects meet specifications and safety regulations. This is a full-time, field position requiring up to 100% travel.
Requirements
- Assist with project schedule and budget.
- Coordinate inspections and safety adherence.
- Read construction documents and plan procedures.
- Record and maintain operational data.
- Conduct safety inspections.
- Participate in job site meetings and communicate with stakeholders.
- Act as a point of contact during job site operations in absence of regular supervision.
