Construction Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire construction project lifecycle, from planning and budgeting to managing subcontractors, client relationships, and ensuring safety and quality. This role involves coordinating all project aspects, managing risk, and maintaining strong communication with all stakeholders.

Requirements

• Attend planning meetings and project status meetings.
• Develop and maintain the project plan by producing summary status reports, issuing monthly projections, and creating/monitoring pay applications.
• Manage subcontractors, contract negotiations, and client expectations.
• Oversee material procurement and schedule production.
• Maintain a complete understanding of job contract and contract documents.
• Maintain a complete understanding of job cost report, ledgers and budget.
• Implement and ensure that the project closeout process is done on each job.
• Cultivates and maintains a strong relationship with current and potential clients.
