Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for the schedule, budget, quality, safety, and relationship management of a construction project. This involves planning, coordinating activities, managing subcontractors and contracts, and ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage risk and budget effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field
- 5-8 years of experience in large, complex facility construction
- Detailed knowledge of construction process, budgeting, and procurement
- Computer skills including MS Office and scheduling software (Suretrak, Project, P6, Procore, Revit, VICO)
- LEED Accreditation preferred
- Valid Driver's License
