Job Description
To provide expertise and handle all maintenance needs of the Association, including maintaining lights, heating equipment, and performing general repairs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency preferred
- Minimum 1-3 years' experience in general grounds or buildings maintenance
- General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and carpentry trades
- Ability to operate tools and equipment related to facility maintenance
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented and able to take direction well
- Excellent organizational skills and project management
