Job Description
Hoffman Construction is a multi-billion-dollar, employee-owned builder specializing in complex, sustainable projects. They are seeking a BIM Coordinator to support the on-site data center construction project, working closely with project teams and IT to manage BIM processes. The role involves technical advising, coordination, and mentoring, focusing on design, modeling, and documentation.
Requirements
- Four to seven (4-7) years’ experience in architectural, engineering, or construction (AEC) industry
- Experience in complex commercial projects
- Experience working in and around data centers, semi-conductors, or advanced manufacturing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to accommodate changes in the schedule
- Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office 365
