Job Description
The Field Superintendent will manage projects from start to finish, overseeing subcontractors and ensuring a safe working environment. They will coordinate daily activities, manage schedules, and provide clear communication to clients and subcontractors. The role involves providing technical expertise and resolving design and construction issues.
Requirements
- Demonstrate thorough understanding of construction aspects.
- Experience in organizing technical data (CSI system preferred).
- Ability to work with trade and craft people.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Physical ability to work in various conditions (standing, walking, sitting, climbing, lifting).
