Job Description
This Project Engineer position within the Construction Department reports to Project Superintendent and Project Manager, overseeing complex coordination issues. The role involves resolving technical problems on the project site, coordinating with design, clients, and subcontractors, and ensuring the quality of construction materials and systems. It's a full-time, on-site position.
Requirements
- Run meetings with area managers, design team, and subcontractors
- Interpret designs, construction documents, and materials
- Coordinate civil, architectural, and structural aspects
- Generate RFIs and coordinate submittals
- Review and process submittal information
- Serve as a technical advisor to site office
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
