The Shift Supervisor plays a critical role in leading Hoffmaster’s frontline operations, overseeing production, distribution, and maintenance activities while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on the floor.
Requirements
- 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
- Proven team supervision skills with the ability to deliver operational objectives
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience monitoring KPIs
- Familiarity with ERP systems, Time & Attendance systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, 5S, or other continuous improvement methodologies
