Job Description
Hoffmaster is seeking a Process Engineer to strengthen its manufacturing capabilities by designing, improving, and optimizing production processes. The role requires a strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to apply data-driven decision-making. The Process Engineer will work closely with operations, engineering, and quality partners to enhance equipment run ability, improve product reliability, and support new equipment and product launches.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, PFMEA, root cause analysis, and quality management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to apply data-driven decision-making.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and 2D CAD software such as DraftSight or AutoCAD; experience with 3D CAD (e.g., SolidWorks) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in process engineering, quality engineering, or manufacturing operations; experience in paper or film converting/printing is a plus.
