Digital Production Account Manager

Hogarth is a global content production company looking for a Digital Production Account Manager to manage client expectations and execute minor to moderate design revisions. The role requires excellent communication and technical skills, as well as a keen eye for design and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the digital design production lifecycle
• Manage and translate client expectations regarding design timelines, scope, and final deliverables
• Critically evaluate and consolidate client feedback on design drafts
• Proactively communicate project status, potential challenges, and timelines to clients and internal stakeholders
• Execute minor to moderate design revisions and adaptations directly using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
• Prepare and optimize digital assets for various platforms
• Maintain an organized system for digital assets and project files
