Job Description
Hogarth is seeking a Head of Digital Technology to lead their digital operations in Manila, Philippines. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, delivering innovation, and managing a team of subject matter experts. The role requires a solutions-oriented mindset, passion for innovation, and experience in managing teams and leading operational strategy.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in managing teams of developers and tech leads
- Excellent people management and problem-solving skills
- Great communication skills
- Digital expertise, recent experience with HTML5, PHP, and AEM
- Experience in the advertising space and working across multiple client workstreams
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced content production environment
- Keen on operational and commercial efficiency and streamlined processes
- Innovative problem-solving skills
- Collaborative and strategic thinking
