Procedural Lighting & Look Dev Supervisor

Hogarth is the Global Content Production Company, part of WPP. We are looking for a Procedural Lighting & Look Dev Supervisor to oversee the creation and development of procedural systems for creating and applying shaders to assets, designing and implementing lighting setups, and overseeing the rendering process.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of shading, lighting, rendering and compositing workflows.
• Proficiency in Python scripting for procedural tools and pipeline integration.
• Demonstrable experience in lighting and rendering within 3D environments in a mature pipeline.
• Ability to communicate complex technical requirements to Python developers and other technical teams
