Studio Manager

Hogarth is seeking an experienced Studio Manager to join their Print Department in Hyderabad, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall production planning, executing, and controlling of the print production team. The role requires strong commercial awareness, excellent customer service, and communication skills, as well as the ability to coach, inspire, and motivate the team to perform to a high standard.

Requirements

• Management degree in Printing Technology or equivalent
• Ten year’s experience in an advertising agency, publishing or design studio
• Competent in key Creative Suite programs (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) to an advanced level
• Working knowledge of Microsoft programs
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task, and a flexible, logical, and proactive approach
• Good analytical and numerical skills
• Calm, Professional, positive, and good humored personality
