Project Manager - Aviation + Transportation

HOK is seeking a Project Manager with experience in Aviation projects to join our Washington, DC team. As a Project Manager, you will partner with the Project Architect and Project Designer to ensure project success, manage projects through all phases, and oversee project financial performance, schedules, and team communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture required, Master's preferred
• 7+ years of architectural experience, including Aviation projects such as terminal and concourse design
• Licensed Architect with current registration in your region preferred, if licensure is offered in your region
• Strong knowledge of architectural systems, BIM, and project delivery methods
• LEED GA or AP accreditation (or ability to obtain within 12 months)
