Requirements

• Lead the development of high-quality, innovative design concepts
• Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle
• Assess material needs and costs
• Facilitate collaboration across disciplines
• Provide strong leadership and strategic direction to the design team
• Mentor and develop junior staff
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships
• Represent the firm at industry events and conferences
• Participates in marketing and business development efforts
