Responsable Santé & Sécurité (H/F) - Le Teil

This position is a responsible part of Workplace & Safety within a developing factory focused on the protection of employees, facilities, and the overall site. The role involves policy deployment, safety committee animation, on-site visits (Workplace Safety Visits), and ensuring compliance with regulations. It also includes project management, data analysis, and regulatory coordination.

Requirements

• Holder of a +5 year degree, school of engineering or health, safety, or animating security.
• Solid knowledge of industrial and logistical processes.
• Ability to plan, coordinate projects and animate groups of work.
• Good knowledge of risk analysis and terrain issues.
• In-depth knowledge of legal and regulatory devices in health and safety at work.
• Rigour, organizational skills, reactivity.
• Analytical mind and ability to look back.
• Leadership, pedagogy and interpersonal skills.
