Job Description
We are looking for a Plant Operative to join our team at our Derby Express Asphalt plant. The role is fast-paced and dynamic, and the successful candidate will have a genuine passion for customer service and be able to work safely.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong IT literacy
- Flexibility with work hours and willingness to work weekends
- The desire for training and willingness to learn
- Experience operating mobile plant is desirable
