Country Operations Manager enables the company to achieve its mission by ensuring high-quality customer and operational processes in the respective country.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in leading multi-site operations or customer-oriented services
- Experience in leading and developing operational leaders
- Strong commercial and financial understanding, preferably with P&L responsibility
- Experience in collaborating with third-party providers or outsourced partners
- Experience in a regulated, service-oriented environment
- Comfortable working across borders and cultures
- Comprehensive understanding of customer service and operations standards
- Good commercial and financial knowledge, including P&L control and relevant KPIs
- Knowledge of partner and contract management
- Internationally recognized as a recognized operational expert in the respective country
- Builds and maintains a relevant external network regarding operations and growth
